Erected in 2013, and made possible by an Illinois DCEO Grant, and local Donations, along with ongoing support from the Groveland Township. It was built by local Volunteers and a Little Tykes Representative. This project included not only new playground equipment but also new sidewalks and restroom renovations. The basketball courts where built in 1995 with the naming of the park to the "Cinnamon Park" in 2000.
