Introducing CodeRED

Code Red is a free to the Community notification system that we originally purchased through a CURES ACT grant. All Dana Residents will get alerts concerning general town notifications, time sensitive matters or emergency information that may impact our town or area. You can get those via phone, texts or emails. You decide either or all. Also make sure to sign up for both Emergency and General notifications. The Dana Village Board encourages you to actively participate in Emergency preparedness by staying informed. Register today for events such as: Missing persons/Children, Evacuation Notices, Natural Disasters, Boil Orders, weather warnings, Criminal activities, road closures and lockdowns. This system is only as good as those who will involve in it. Give it a chance, you can opt out at any time. Any questions please call 815-822-5457 or see any board member. With the installation of our new Emergency Siren System we will now get all tornado warnings thru Code Red. If a warning is issued it will set off our Siren, alerting our citizens of a possible tornado. So be a part of it all sign up today!!
